We are currently providing FREE shipping to most suburbs around Melbourne within a radius of 50km. You must enter the free shipping code: FreeMelbourneSuburbs when checking out. We are also happy to take orders nationally delivered in 28 days of the order. Most Melbourne orders will be delivered within 2 days.

We abide by international and national privacy acts. We do not disclose any information of any kind and data to third party suppliers. We only use the data exclusively MYRYDA to dispatch you the order or to communicate our company information. This information is not available to any third party marketing organizations.
Returns & Replacements
MYDRYDA is committed to customer satisfaction, if you are not happy with the product and it was not delivered as described in our website, we will refund the money provided you have contacted us within 7 days of the delivery. The product must be in similar condition to how it arrived, we do not refund on misuse or mishandling of the toy. Please read our Disclaimer if you are unsure about buying from MYRYDA.
Ordering & Promotions
MYRYDA have currently have a range of selected products however we are continually looking to add new products to increase our range. We have made the ordering  process easy as possible. The final stage of order processing is your payment, we only use PayPal for all your credit card and bank account payments. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card, once redirected to PayPal click pay with credit card to pay.

You can view your orders anytime after placing the order. Scroll to the footer of the website and click the link Orders and Returns link. The best policy is creating an account at the checkout. This way you can log in to your account and view orders, history or delivery anytime.

If you had created an account you can log in to your account and update any account information any time. You can also view all your orders and even change your recent orders given it's not processed.
